Garmin Signal marine VHF radio or remote station into an existing VHF cutout that may be larger than the
opening required for the new unit.
The included adapter plate covers the existing cutout while providing a finished mounting surface for the
Garmin Signal VHF 400, VHF 220 or RM 100 remote station. A matching gasket and mounting screws are included

Simplify a Garmin Signal VHF Upgrade
Replacing an existing fixed-mount VHF radio can leave a cutout that does not match the dimensions required
for the new Garmin Signal unit. Rather than rebuilding or refinishing the helm panel, this retrofit kit
provides an adapter plate that fits over the existing opening and creates the proper mounting surface for
the new radio or remote station.
The kit is especially useful during electronics refits where the original radio has already been flush
mounted into fiberglass, aluminum, wood or an instrument panel. It may also be used when adding an RM 100
remote station at a helm location with a suitable existing VHF cutout.
