The MA-700 is a traditional marine-grade external GPS antenna for use with all AIS transponders with a female TNC GPS antenna connector and AIS receivers with an embedded GPS module requiring an external antenna using a TNC antenna port. The antenna includes a 30 foot RG58 coax cable with a male TNC connector. The antenna uses a standard 1 inch thread for mounting but does not include a mount.
The MA-700 GPS antenna has been tested and works well with the following products:
AMEC Class B AIS transponders
em-trak Class B AIS transponders
Vesper Marine AIS WatchMate 850 Transponder and Display
Comar R400NG Network AIS/GPS Receiver

Will this antenna work on a digital yacht ais 100 receiver?

A:
No it will not work with that AIS receiver since there is no GPS module in that model. This is just a GPS antenna and will only work with a device that has an integrated GPS module that connects to a GPS antenna using a TNC connector.

Does the MA-700 antenna work with the Camino 108S that I bought from you 3 or 4 years ago? The listed antenna for that AIS is GA-22 which is no longer listed on your site.
