Icom M605 31 Fixed Mount 25W VHF with 4.3" Color Display
The Icom M605 is more than a fixed-mount VHF — it is a fully configurable
multi-station marine communication system. Designed for serious recreational
and light commercial vessels, the M605 supports up to three control stations
with flexible combinations of COMMANDMIC™ handsets and/or a remote Command Head.
With a large 4.3" color TFT display, integrated GNSS receiver, NMEA 2000® networking,
Class D DSC, and built-in hailer functionality, the M605 is built to serve as the
communication hub at the helm.
System Configuration Flexibility
The M605 allows remote control from up to three stations using the
HM-195 series COMMANDMIC™ and/or the
RC-M600 Command Head. All functions are accessible from each station,
and intercom capability is included between units.

This flexibility makes the M605 ideal for dual-helm vessels, flybridge installations,

Large 4.3" Color TFT Display
The bright 4.3" color TFT LCD offers nearly a 180° viewing angle with high-resolution
characters and function icons. Dedicated soft keys and a directional keypad provide
intuitive operation, while the large 10-key pad simplifies channel and MMSI entry.
Night mode ensures comfortable visibility during low-light operation.
NMEA 2000® & NMEA 0183 Connectivity
The M605 integrates directly into modern marine networks via NMEA 2000®,
allowing exchange of:
- GNSS position data
- AIS target information
- DSC call data
- Radio frequency data
- PGN list data
NMEA 0183/-HS GNSS data can also be converted to NMEA 2000®, enabling seamless integration
with chartplotters and multi-function displays.
Integrated GNSS Receiver
The M605 includes an integrated GNSS receiver (antenna included), providing accurate
position data for DSC distress calls and position reporting without requiring
external GPS hardware.
