Comar R450-XGE Network AIS + GPS Receiver
The Comar R450-XGE is a professional AIS receiver with integrated GPS and Ethernet networking via a Lantronix® Xport module. It is ideal for applications requiring reliable AIS and GPS data over a hardwired network without Wi-Fi connectivity. Like its R450 Series counterparts, the R450-XGE decodes all AIS transmissions — Class A, Class B, AtoN, and SART — and outputs standard NMEA-0183 AIS and GPS sentences for integration with monitoring systems, chartplotters, and data servers.
The receiver features dual-channel AIS reception and a dedicated GPS receiver that delivers NMEA sentences such as GPGGA, GPRMC, and GPGSV. AIS and GPS data are available simultaneously over Ethernet and USB. Configuration is handled through the built-in web interface hosted by the Xport module. The R450-XGE shares its physical form factor with other R450 models and is designed for shore-based, coastal, or stationary marine installations.
