Comar R450-DGE Network AIS + GPS Receiver - Ethernet (LAN) Only
The Comar R450-DGE is the upgraded model in the R450 series, combining the dual-channel AIS
receiver functionality of the R450-D with an integrated GPS receiver. This allows the unit to
output both AIS and GPS data together, providing a comprehensive data stream for monitoring
applications. Designed for shore-side and coastal installations, the R450-DG decodes Class A and
Class B AIS transmissions, as well as Aids-to-Navigation (AtoN) and SART messages, while also
delivering accurate positional data from its onboard GPS module.
The R450-DG offers multiple output options — Ethernet (Digi® network module) and USB (virtual COM).
Configuration is handled through the built-in web interface, and the GPS receiver outputs
standard NMEA sentences including GPGGA, GPRMC, GPGSV, and GPGSA.
