ACR ResQLink™ 410 RLS Personal Locator Beacon
Compact, buoyant and subscription-free, the ACR ResQLink 410 RLS puts access to the global Cospas-Sarsat search-and-rescue satellite network in the palm of your hand. Designed for boaters, anglers, paddlers, hikers, pilots and backcountry travelers, this manually activated Personal Locator Beacon provides an essential emergency signaling option when cellular or conventional radio coverage is unavailable.
The ResQLink 410 RLS transmits a powerful digital distress signal on 406 MHz while its integrated GPS and Galileo GNSS receiver supplies rescuers with your position. A secondary 121.5 MHz homing signal helps search-and-rescue personnel locate the beacon as they approach the area. High-visibility LED and infrared strobes provide additional signaling support during nighttime operations and other low-visibility conditions.
Return Link Service Confirmation
Return Link Service, or RLS, provides an added level of reassurance during an emergency. After the beacon's distress transmission and location have been received through the satellite system, a flashing blue indicator confirms that the message was received and the beacon's position was detected.
RLS is a confirmation feature rather than a two-way messaging service. Standard 406 MHz PLB functionality is available worldwide, while Return Link Service availability may depend on the country or region in which the beacon is registered and used.
Simple Manual Activation
In an emergency, deploy the antenna, position the beacon with a clear view of the sky and press the activation button. The ResQLink 410 RLS is buoyant and waterproof, but it must remain above the surface of the water with its antenna pointing upward to transmit properly.
The included multifunction clip system provides several attachment options, making it easy to carry the beacon on your person, personal flotation device, backpack or other safety equipment.
