What you’ll need:
- A valid MMSI number
- Your MMSI certificate (or Ship Station License, if applicable)
Include with your shipment:
- A printed copy of your order invoice
- A printed copy of your MMSI certificate (or you may email it to us prior to shipping)
Shipping Instructions
Once your order is placed, the order number will serve as your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please clearly mark RMA [Order #] on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and replying to your order confirmation email with the inbound tracking number once the shipment is on its way. This helps us anticipate arrival and process your unit as quickly as possible. Milltech Marine is not responsible for inbound shipments lost or damaged in transit.
