We encourage you to use our online resources to troubleshoot issues but if you are still unable to resolve an issue with one of our products, you can send it to us and we will check it out. A couple of things to note:
  1. We charge $100 per item for this testing service plus return shipping.
  2. We are not able to repair items that are out of warranty. We will simply test the item to ensure it is working or not and provide an idea of what caused a failure if possible.
  3. If your item is still under warranty, then please place a warranty repair order.
  4. Once we have tested your product, we will return it to you. 
  5. Please do not send us items without first placing a test or warranty order.
