If you have bought a product from us in the past and want to have it checked out for any issues, please order this product.

NOTE: This is not a repair service. We will check out your product and test it to see if it is functioning correctly and provide you with a report of our findings.

The product will be returned to you once we have completed our tests. Allow a one-week turnaround from when we receive your product.
If your product is still in warranty, then use one of our Warranty Repair order forms.
Include a printed copy of this invoice when you ship your product to us.

Service Check
Our COMAR AIS receiver stopped working and after consultation with Milltech, we shipped it back to be tested. Within 48 hrs, we had an answer- unfortunately the tuner was damaged. Even though the unit was long out of warranty, Milltech offered us a used identical receiver at a reasonable price or a discount on a new product. We chose the former, received the replacement unit the next day, and when we installed it, it worked perfectly. Great service and advice.
