If you have bought a product from us in the past and want to have it checked out for any issues, please order this product.
NOTE: This is not a repair service. We will check out your product and test it to see if it is functioning correctly and provide you with a report of our findings.
The product will be returned to you once we have completed our tests. Allow a one-week turnaround from when we receive your product.
If your product is still in warranty, then use one of our Warranty Repair order forms.
Include a printed copy of this invoice when you ship your product to us.
