I have had questions from customers regarding Milltech Marine's ability to fulfill orders and provide customer support during the current COVID-19 crisis.
I want to assure all our current and potential customers that Milltech Marine is open for business and will continue to be open as long as is possible.

Regarding order fulfillment, we have stocked up on our major brands and products, and are able to ship products - including pre-programming Class B AIS transponders - typically within 24 hours as before. Our central warehouse in Ohio is open and operating at full capacity currently. It is our intention to continue full operations barring any federal or state mandate dictating otherwise.
Both Milltech Marine and our warehouse partners at WeFulfillIT in Ohio are doing our part to take precautionary measures in efforts to stop the spread of the virus. Staff have been and will continue to take precautions to keep products, work areas and shipments sanitary and safe. We have contingency plans in place to ensure operations can continue even in the event of reduced staffing. Should we lose one or multiple shipping carriers, we will ship your orders via the next closest method available.
