This service supports Vesper, AMEC, em-trak, Garmin, Navico, Simrad, and B&G units.
If you have another brand, please email us with the manufacturer, model, and serial number, and we’ll follow up.
Required Items
Include these items with your shipment, along with a printed copy of your invoice.
You may also email the MMSI certificate prior to shipping if you prefer.
Shipping Instructions
Once your order is placed, the order number will serve as your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please clearly mark RMA [Order #] on the outside of the package.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and replying to your order confirmation email with the inbound tracking number once the shipment is on its way. This helps us anticipate arrival and process your unit as quickly as possible. Milltech Marine is not responsible for inbound shipments lost or damaged in transit.
