Smart Radio SR161 AIS Receiver
The Smart Radio SR161 AIS Receiver is a compact, easy to install, stand alone
marine receiver that monitors the channels assigned to the Automatic
Identification System or AIS. This radio receiver is specially built for
recreational marine environments for the intended use of deciphering Automatic
Identification System data. The AIS system uses two VHF channels for
broadcasting ship information. The SR161 receives signals from one channel at a time but
is designed to scan both AIS channels and automatically use the channel with the
best signal.
The SR161 is designed to be used with computer-based navigation solutions
using a standard RS232 serial port interface.

GVA-100 Dual Band GPS/AIS Antenna
The GVA-100 is 8 inch single antenna that can be used as an antenna for both GPS
receivers and VHF/AIS receivers. The antenna includes two 15 foot cables with a
TNC connector for the GPS receiver and a BNC connector for the VHF or AIS
receiver. This antenna works well with the Comar CSB 200 AIS transponder. Given the short length of this antenna, AIS
