Like all CYPHO receivers, it is certified IPX5 waterproof to provide extra protection against challenging marine environments. It has CE and FCC certification, and passed IEC 60945 tests.

• Dual-channel parallel AIS receivers: The CYPHO-101G includes two AIS receivers operating in parallel providing true dual-channel simultaneous reception of both Class A and Class B transponder signals. This ensures that all AIS transponder broadcasts are captured in real time.
• Use with dedicated antenna or splitter: Can be used with a dedicated VHF marine radio antenna or click here for information on using with one of our VHF antenna splitters. If you plan on using this AIS receiver with an antenna splitter then you will need a PL259 to BNC female adapter.
• Viewer program included: The CYPHO 101 G includes a free Windows-based AIS viewer program to display information about AIS targets.
• USB Support: The CYPHO-101G products include USB drivers to allow AIS information to be passed to computer programs via a virtual COM port interface.
